Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate booking and contact information
Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled time
Removing personal or valuable items from the vehicle prior to service
DMV Detailz is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking or service, unless otherwise stated. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.
For subscription services, customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file. Failed or declined payments may result in delayed or suspended service.
Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
DMV Detailz is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, interior wear, or mechanical issues.
By booking service, customers acknowledge that some vehicle conditions may limit the results of detailing and that normal wear and tear is expected.
Safety & Right to Refuse Service
DMV Detailz reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
Working conditions are unsafe
The vehicle condition poses a health risk
Customer behavior is inappropriate or abusive
Information provided during booking is materially inaccurate
In such cases, service may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which is available on our website and incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Subscriptions
