General Questions
What areas do you service?
We provide mobile detailing services throughout the DMV area, including Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, feel free to contact us.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes. All services are performed on-site at your home, office, or another agreed-upon location, as long as the vehicle is safely accessible.
How long does a full detail take?
Most full details take 2–3 hours, depending on vehicle size and condition. Larger vehicles or services with add-ons may take longer.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
In most cases, no. We come equipped to perform standard detailing services. If additional resources are required, we’ll let you know in advance.
Booking & Appointments
How do I book a service?
You can book online through our website or call us directly. Subscription customers receive priority scheduling.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Please refer to our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for full details.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
If we’re unable to access the vehicle at the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a no-show. Missed appointments may be forfeited, especially for subscription services.
Subscription Questions
What’s included in a monthly subscription?
Each subscription includes one full interior and exterior detail per month for one specific vehicle. Services are intended for routine maintenance and upkeep.
Do unused subscription services roll over?
No. Unused services do not roll over to the next month. Each subscription includes one service per billing cycle.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Can I use my subscription on multiple vehicles?
No. Each subscription applies to one specific vehicle and is not transferable.
What if my vehicle is very dirty?
Subscription pricing assumes routine maintenance condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or heavy soiling may require add-on services, which will be quoted and approved before service.
Pricing & Add-Ons
Are add-ons included in the subscription?
No. Add-ons such as pet hair removal, deep shampooing, or specialty treatments are not included unless explicitly stated and are billed separately.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
We occasionally offer promotions for new customers. Current offers will be listed on our website or shared during booking.
Weather & Safety
What happens if the weather is bad?
If weather or unsafe conditions prevent service, we’ll work with you to reschedule your appointment within the same billing cycle when possible.
