Subscription & Package Terms
Overview
These terms explain how DMV Detailz subscriptions and prepaid packages work. Our offerings are designed for customers who want convenient, maintenance-level vehicle care with clear pricing, flexible scheduling, and transparent service expectations.
These terms apply to all DMV Detailz subscription plans and multi-service packages unless otherwise stated.
Billing & Payment
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the selected plan rate and renew automatically until canceled. Billing occurs on the same day of the month based on the original subscription start date.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.
Packages
Packages are prepaid in full at the time of purchase. Package purchases are not recurring and do not auto-renew.
What’s Included
Subscriptions
Each subscription includes the services outlined in the selected plan, typically one (1) service per month for the selected vehicle. Subscription services are intended for routine maintenance and regular upkeep.
Packages
Packages include a predefined number of services that may be redeemed over time. Package services may be used for multiple vehicles, unless otherwise specified, and are redeemed as appointments are completed.
Services included in each subscription or package are described at the time of purchase. Any services outside the standard scope are considered add-ons and are billed separately.
Scheduling
All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Subscription customers receive priority scheduling compared to one-time services; however, same-day or next-day appointments are not guaranteed.
Package services may be redeemed at the customer’s convenience, subject to availability.
Only one subscription service may be performed per billing cycle. Package services are deducted as appointments are completed.
Non-Rollover & Redemption Rules
Subscriptions
Unused subscription services do not roll over to future months. If a subscription service is not completed within the billing cycle for any reason, including cancellation or no-show, the service for that month is forfeited.
Packages
Packages are redeemable until all included services are used. Unless otherwise stated, package services do not expire and do not roll over once fully redeemed.
Vehicle Eligibility
Subscriptions
Each subscription applies to one (1) specific vehicle and is not transferable between vehicles or owners. The vehicle size must match the selected plan (Sedan/Coupe or Truck/SUV). Switching vehicles or vehicle types may require plan changes or repricing.
Packages
Packages may be used for multiple vehicles, unless otherwise specified at purchase. Vehicle size and service type must match the package purchased.
Vehicle Condition & Service Scope
Pricing for subscriptions and packages assumes vehicles are in routine maintenance condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, biohazards, or heavy soiling may require additional time and may incur add-on fees, which will be quoted and approved before service begins.
DMV Detailz reserves the right to refuse service if vehicle conditions are unsafe or fall outside reasonable service limits.
Add-On Services
Add-on services are not included unless explicitly stated. Add-ons are available at standard rates and must be approved prior to service.
Cancellations
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed before the next billing date. No refunds are provided for partial months or completed services.
Packages
Packages are non-refundable once purchased.
Missed Appointments
Missed or no-show appointments may count as the scheduled service.
For subscriptions, missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that month’s service.
For packages, missed appointments may result in the loss of one package credit.
Repeated missed appointments may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
Changes to Terms
DMV Detailz reserves the right to update subscription or package pricing and terms with reasonable notice. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect services already completed or redeemed.
